Copyright and Trademark Complaints

We respect other people's rights. If you believe something on https://www.techbobcat.com copies your work or uses your trademark without permission, please tell us.

How to tell us

Email techbobcat.help@gmail.com and include:

• your name and contact details
• the link to the content you are concerned about
• a description of your work or trademark, and why you believe it is being used without permission
• a statement that you own the rights, or are allowed to act for the owner
• your name as a signature (typing it is fine)

What we do

We look at each complaint promptly. We may remove or disable the content while we do. If a complaint relates to a person who has sent us something, we may pass the complaint on to them. In Canada, we follow the notice-and-notice rules for copyright complaints. People who repeatedly infringe may lose access to the site.

Brand names

We use manufacturer and brand names only to describe the products we sell. We aren't affiliated with those companies unless we say so. Their logos and trademarks belong to them.
