Do I need an account to order? No. You can check out as a guest. An account lets you see your orders and tracking in one place. To create one you must be at least 16.
How do I pay? On Stripe's secure payment page. We never see or store your card number.
Are prices in Canadian dollars? Yes. Shipping and any taxes are shown before you pay.
Why was my order cancelled? Usually because an item ran out, a payment didn't go through, or we couldn't verify the order. We refund anything you paid.
Refurbished and open-box
What does refurbished mean here? A pre-owned item sold with a warranty. Each listing shows its condition and grade. See condition grading.
What is open box? An item that was opened but not used, or used very little.
What's in the box? Each listing shows what's included and what isn't.
How long will it take? Usually 1 to 3 business days to pack and 4 to 7 business days to arrive. Larger and more expensive items can take longer to ship, sometimes up to 3 weeks. See shipping.
How do I track my order? We email you when it ships, and your account shows its status.
Returns and warranty
Can I cancel my order? Yes, from your account, any time before it ships. You get a full refund to your card. See returns.
Can I return something? Yes, within 14 days of delivery in most cases. Start it from your order. We refund you once the item is back with us. See returns.
What if it's faulty? Contact us. Our warranty is a 1-month warranty on refurbished items.
Security and research products
Who can buy them? Adults, at least 18, who will use them lawfully on systems they own or are authorized to test. See our acceptable use policy.
Why do I have to tick a box at checkout? It records that you are an adult and agree to lawful use. We can't sell these items without it.
Will you tell me how to use them to get into things? No. We don't give instructions for unauthorized access.
